The new printers are called HP LJ P2014 and LJ CP3505 and they are part of the greater family of Laser Jet printers that are designed for small office or home use. The HP LaserJet P2014 is a monochrome printer that comes with a 264 MHz processor and 32 MB memory for printing large documents or for longer printing tasks. It can reach a printing speed of up to 23 pages per minute and as it features the Instant-on Technology it can deliver a page in less than 8.5 seconds. It comes with the HP 250-sheet Accessory Tray and as consumable materials it uses the HP LaserJet Q7553A Black Print Cartridge, that can be used to print 3000 pages at a 5 percent coverage, and the HP LaserJet Q7553X Black Print Cartridge, that can print 7000 pages at 5 percent coverage too. In online computer shops across Eastern Europe and Russia, the HP LaserJet P2014 printer is priced from $260 to $300.
The HP Color Laserjet CP3505 is released to the market as the replacement of the HP Color LJ 3800 series printers. This new model is able to print color, as well as black and white pages, while reaching a maximum printing speed of 22 pages per minute. From the Sleep mode that is used to save power, the printer can wake up and deliver a printed page in 17 seconds, while from Ready mode it can cut the time to 12 seconds thanks to HP's Instant-on Technology.
The HP LJ CP3505 uses the following print cartridges with HP ColorSphere toner: HP Color LaserJet Black Print Cartridge, HP Color LaserJet Cyan Print Cartridge, HP Color LaserJet Yellow Print Cartridge, HP Color LaserJet Magenta Print Cartridge. Using these printing cartridges, the HP LJ CP3505 is able to print a maximum number of 6000 pages at standard quality settings. According to HP, this printer will be available in online shops across Eastern Europe and Russia at a price starting with $890.
