Out of respect for the victims (and their families) of the “Dark Knight Rises” Aurora massacre, Warner Bros. pushed one of its most violent releases in recent years, “Gangster Squad,” back to 2013. It’s now back on track promoting it.

A new, second trailer for the star-studded mafia movie has just been released and, as usual, you can see it above.

“Gangster Squad” focuses on the efforts of a squad of undercover cops / vigilantes to keep the mafia boss (Sean Penn) out of their city, all other conventional methods tried and failed.

In their attempts, they will most likely find out that there’s a fine line between right and wrong and, most often than not, they’re not walking on it but are stepping right in the realm of wrong.

The film also stars Nick Nolte, Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone, Josh Brolin, Anthony Mackie, Giovanni Ribisi, Michael Pena and Robert Patrick.

Honestly, I find Ryan Gosling’s lipgloss too distracting but, other than that, this looks pretty neat.
