The Raven SST-RVM01B is the newest gaming mouse SilverStone unleashed to the market, and it is meant to change users' interaction with their systems. The company has another similar device on the market, formally known as SaberTooth, a mouse which has been renamed Raven. We're talking about a 3200 dpi laser gaming mouse which features eleven buttons. It allows users to save specified button mapping and laser sensitivity in five custom profiles, while a dual-mode switch turns the Raven from a mundane workstation pointing device into a comprehensive game mode mouse.

The Raven mouse comes with a rather attractive outlook, featuring plastic and carbon fiber construction. Since most gamers avoid having wireless mice, Raven connects through USB 2.0. The features list of the device includes independent X and Y axis adjustments in 100 DPI increments, precision twin-eye laser sensor with 3200 DPI accuracy, perfect accuracy during fast acceleration change movements.

The mouse also has dedicated flip 3D thumb scroll for rapid switching capability, OLED with setting and DPI display, clear OLED to display operation mode and DPI value, 50/50 weight balance from right to left and top to bottom, dual mode switch, quick change without using software, displays animated RAVEN logo or X and Y axis DPI value while in game, multiple Key stroke commands recorded to one mouse button while single key command can also be programmed.

While SilverStone featured this mouse with a great deal of buttons, using all its features may seem a little too difficult to some. Even so, users can get pretty easily accustomed with the device; at least, this is what Benchmark Reviews says about it. Raven has an ergonomic design that makes it fit to the hand, while the smooth-moving action and the 3200 dpi give a lot of “power” to this gaming mouse.

The company packed inside this 128mm x 85mm x 45mm (5.04" L x 3.35" W x 1.77" H) piece of equipment enough customizations to fulfill the needs of a demanding gamer. The device is available for purchase at NewEgg for $84.99, close to other high-end gaming mice. More about Raven here.
