A brand new gameplay video featuring Driveclub's upcoming free DLC tracks has just been released by developer Evolution Studios, this time depicting the absolutely wonderful Lake Shoji level, which is going to offer players a true taste of racing in Japan.

Driveclub launched last year and the first few weeks of availability weren't the most impressive, as multiplayer issues and server problems caused a lot of headaches to both players and developer Evolution, which struggled to get things operational and ensure that people can experience the social racing game in its full glory.

Fortunately, the studio managed to achieve this goal and currently a lot of people are enjoying Driveclub on the PS4 and are looking forward to the new content promised by Evolution before the actual debut of the game.

A new Japanese track is presented

After rolling out a few car packs and other such things, the first major new content coming to Driveclub, in the form of the five new Japanese tracks, is getting ready for launch.

The studio has already showcased the Nakasendo stage, and now, in a new gameplay video, the second level – Lake Shoji – is depicted in all its glory.

Besides portraying the fantastic stage, the footage also highlights the upcoming Ferrari Enzo, which is going to appear in the upcoming Apex Expansion premium add-on, which is available for a price to regular users and free for Season Pass owners.

"Let's take a look at Lake Shoji, one of the 5 new Japan tracks coming to Driveclub for free this month. We're racing in the iconic Enzo Ferrari, which is also coming this month as part of the Apex Expansion Pack (which is included in the Season Pass)."

The video also highlights the impressive weather system that was added through a free update to Driveclub, not to mention a rainy sunrise in the famous Land of the Rising Sun.

Evolution promises to deliver more details about the add-on, including a release date, very soon, so expect an announcement in the near future.
