14 DAY TRIAL // After a series of box office and critical flops, M. Night Shyamalan is getting ready to come back to the big screen and, this time, he’s enlisted the help of one of the most bankable actors out there – and his son too.
Will Smith and Jaden Smith are working together again on a project as father and son only that, this time, Will doesn’t really know how to be a father and not a soldier and commanding officer.
The scene is Earth (an Earth where everything has evolved to destroy man), 1,000 years after a series of cataclysmic events that has pushed mankind towards other, more friendly planets.
Father and son crash on the planet and are forced to learn how to work together to survive.
“After Earth” will be out in theaters on June 7, 2013 and, only if for these two actors, I will make sure to catch it. Will you be seeing it?
