The Federal Reserve has redesigned the $100 (€76) bill, announcing that they are working on implementing the new bill in October.

UPI writes that it will be debuted on October 8 and it will feature a state-of-the-art 3D security ribbon and an interesting design.

"Look for an image of a color-shifting bell, inside a copper-colored inkwell, on the front of the new $100 (€76) note," reps for the Federal reserve are saying.

The bill still includes a depiction of Benjamin Franklin's face, as well as one of the Liberty Bell, printed in a manner that makes its appearance shift once you look at it from different angles.

Los Angeles Times adds that the new bill was supposed to be released in 2011, but production issues slowed down the process.
