We have a new leader of the chart with the most pirated movies in the world and that’s “Need for Speed.”

Featuring “Breaking Bad” actor Aaron Paul, the film that’s based on the most successful racing video game franchise seems to have attracted quite a few people who wanted to watch it despite all the bad critics’ reviews it received.

The car chase scenes have a clear appeal to the public and this has translated into the movie being pushed to the top after just one week of being in the chart.

“The Other Woman,” a comedy featuring Cameron Diaz, Kate Upton and Leslie Mann, also managed to climb quite a few spots this week, going from number five to number 2, shows a chart published by TorrentFreak.

Last week’s crowd favorite, “Transcendence,” did not manage to stay at the top of the chart for longer than a week and has slipped to the third spot. The movie’s intriguing plot where a researcher working on Artificial Intelligence manages to upload his own consciousness into a program and the star-filled cast list didn’t seem to matter much for the Internet pirates of the world.

“Noah” slipped two spots from last week when it lost the top position in the chart. The movie featuring Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Anthony Hopkins and Emma Watson led the list of the most pirated movies for a single week.

The week’s first new entry lands at number five and it’s the new “Transformers” movie. “Age of Extinction” has been a hit in the box office even if you won’t know any of the characters, except the autobots, and it has the potential to have the same success here, even if the available copy is only an HDTS. In fact, we shouldn’t be surprised to see the movie at the top of the list in the weeks to come.

The second new entry and following close behind is “Brick Mansions,” one of Paul Walker’s last movies. The film hit theaters back in April and didn’t really score big at the box office like other well-known titles in the actor’s portfolio.

On the seventh spot is “Sabotage,” a movie featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger, while at number eight we can find another new entry – “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” in webrip version.

Animation flick “Rio 2” has slipped another two spots and it’s heading out the door, while “X-Men: Days of Future Past” in HDCAM version keeps its place at the tail of the list.
