NVIDIA holds the GPU Technology Conference every year, and it prepares for it several months in advance, which means that it has already decided when and where the next edition will take place.

Assuming reports are accurate, which they probably are, the GPU Technology Conference (GTC 2013) will go from March 18 to March 21. The place is San Jose, California, USA.

This edition is of particular interest due to the broader scope of activities that NVIDIA will discuss.

Previously, the Santa Clara, California-based GPU developer did not touch on cloud gaming, cloud infrastructure, virtual desktop, mobile computing and game development, not to mention large-scale visualization.

All these areas will get attention this time though. Maybe something will be done about the abysmal efficiency of data centers (or lack thereof) and we are certain the GeForce GRID will be a star attraction too.
