This is about as weak as the GK104 graphics processor can get

The GK104 graphics processor is, in theory, very powerful. After all, it is used in the GeForce GTX 680 high-end and GTX 690 dual-GPU cards.

Still, not all chips come out of the production line totally fit for duty, which means that some parts must be disabled, and some other parameters modified.

This results in weaker GPUs. Now, the most downsized GK104 ever has been used in the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti, which will replace GTX 650 Ti Boost.

The GPU will still be a bit stronger than GK106, with 960 CUDA cores (versus 1,152), but the same 80 TMUs, 32 ROPs and 256-bit memory interface.

That even leaves GTX 660 in the dust (24 ROPs, 192-bit interface). Sadly, no word exists on pricing and availability.
