Many phone models, many possibilities

NTT DoCoMo has announced eight more mobile phones, part of the 3G FOMA 704i series. This line of handsets brings a great amount of diversity, both in design and performances, as it usually happens with the phones released in Japan.

The FOMA 704i series includes the TV-capable D704i and SH704i models, as well as the L704i, which highly resembles the LG Chocolate, but with rougher borders and less finishing on the design. Each handset is designed especially for a different need, which makes these handsets highly useful for a large number of mobile phone users.

Each handset comes with a special feature, which is meant to respond to a different need, which may vary upon the user. Another way to put it is that there is a mobile phone for every need and for everyone. They are all highly appealing and look nothing like the models which are usually released on European or the US market.

The F704i comes with 3G international roaming performances. The L704i makes it possible to reach high data transfer speeds, as it uses HSDPA, 3G and GPRS technology. The P704i has Smart Flash and can take high quality captures, even when circumstances are not the best for this. The SO704i comes with nine panels which light up to announce whenever a call or mail is received. The N704i? and P704i? phone models have modern features, which are meant to make them fashionable. Both clamshells are only 11.4 mm thin and have 3G international roaming.

Half of these handsets will be available for purchase starting this month. The D704i and SH704i will come only at the end of August. Even that sounds pretty soon, when compared to the fact that The P704i will be launched by the end of September and the L704i will be available only in October.
