It is a Linux distribution based on Fedora 8 along with MythTV-0.21. The latest version, 5.0, is only a few days old and the developers consider it as the most feature rich, cleanest and stable release they've worked on until now.
In case you used MythDora before, the installation is mostly the same as for the previous version, so you will not find any surprises.
