14 DAY TRIAL // The UGNazi hacker group made a lot of headlines back in 2012 after hacking the systems of several high-profile organizations by using some clever techniques. The group’s activities stopped after some members, including Cosmo the God, were arrested.
On Saturday, a mysterious tweet was posted on the official UGNazi Twitter account. It reads “We’re back. #UGNazi.”
This is the first tweet since September 14 when a tweet from Cosmo the God, which read “You cannot arrest an idea,” was retweeted.
Some people who claim to be associated with the group have been trying to keep the group’s name alive, but without too much success. It’s possible that one of them has access to the @UG Twitter account.
It remains to be seen if someone is really trying to revive UGNazi. The individual who tipped us off about the recent tweet hasn’t provided any additional details.
