WP-phpMyAdmin gives you access to your databases from the Administration Panel, so you won't need to keep open another window. Some of the PHPMyAdmin features were removed or changed slightly for things to work and to maintain security. You will find the plugin in Manage Menu from the Administration Panel.
Another plugin that will make very easy the work with databases is WP-DBManager. WP-DBManager allows you to optimize database, repair database, backup database, restore database, delete backup database, drop/empty tables and run selected queries. Supports automatic scheduling of backing up and optimizing of database. This plugin will create another tab in the Administration Panel from where you can modify your database. WP-phpMyAdmin and WP-DBManager are approximately the same, but if you worked before with phpMyadmin you will enjoy the integration in Wordpress.
