After confirming the next downloadable expansion for Borderlands 2, in the form of Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage, developer Gearbox Software has now revealed just what's included in the new DLC.

Borderlands 2 came out back in September and included dozens of hours of content that combined both solid first-person shooting and some addictive loot-dropping mechanics straight out of a dungeon crawling role-playing game.

After releasing the Mechromancer class and the first story-based expansion, in the form of Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty, Gearbox is now preparing to debut a second plot-driven add-on, in the form of Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage.

After hearing that the DLC will be out on November 20, the studio has just revealed just what's included in the add-on.

"This story-driven expansion challenges players to conquer all that the titular Mr. Torgue has waiting in his newly-constructed Badass Crater of Badassitude, complete with a new storyline, new areas and environments, new bosses, new guns, new character customizations and more," Gearbox said about the DLC.

"In addition, Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage features appearances from fan-favorite characters like Tiny Tina and Mad Moxxi!"

Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage will be released on November 20 across the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms and is set to deliver around six to eight hours of brand new content that will no doubt herald some impressive loot for owners of the game.

It will be the second of the four planned campaigns that are covered by the Borderlands 2 Season Pass, meaning those who got the special bundle will receive the DLC free of charge.

Those who didn't get the Season Pass will need to pay $9.99/€9.99/800 MS Points to get this single bit of DLC.
