It looks like Motorola has more than one Moto X smartphone in the pipeline. We reported yesterday about a huge 5.7-inch Motorola Moto X (3rd Generation), which is believed to be a Verizon exclusive, but now it looks like another Motorola smartphone has just been leaked online.

However, since there's no way to confirm the information, we recommend our readers to take all these details with a grain of salt until Motorola makes an official announcement.

So, it appears that Motorola plans to launch two different Moto X (2015) versions in the coming months.

One of them with a large 5.7-inch Quad HD display that will be exclusively available in the US at Verizon Wireless, and another one with a smaller 5.2-inch Quad HD screen which is likely to be launched internationally.

That assumption is only valid if we take into consideration the recent Motorola Moto X (2015) (model name XT1542) of which the folks over at GSMArena have been tipped about.

4GB RAM and 16MP camera makes sense

According to the tipster, this particular Moto X (2015) smartphone will boast a 5.2-inch AMOLED Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution display.

On the inside, the smartphone will be equipped with a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, but instead of 3GB RAM, Motorola will include 4GB of RAM.

The 5.2-inch Moto X (2015) will be available in either 32GB or 64GB models, and there's no mention of microSD card slot for memory expansion for the moment.

On the back, the tipped handset will pack a 16-megapixel photo snapper, while in the front there will be a 5-megapixel camera for video calls and selfies.

There are no details on the camera's feature, so we can't confirm if it comes with 4K video support or OIS (optical image stabilization).

Last but not least, the Moto X (2015) will be powered by a 3,280 mAh battery and will ship with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system right out of the box.

Nothing else is known about this 5.2-inch Moto X (2015) smartphone, but we suspect more info will emerge in the coming weeks so stay tuned for more on this one.
