Motorola launched during the MOTONOW show the new MOTO Q model, which integrates QWERTY keyboard in the already classic RAZR design. MOTO Q is the first phone from Motorola that uses Windows Mobile 5.0 (Magneto) and it's optimized to work with Microsoft Exchange 2003, but also with other e-mail solutions.
These features recommend MOTO Q for business users, who need mobility and multiple functions.
MOTO Q is 50% slimmer than its PDA and RIM Blackberry competitors, has a compact "antenna-inside" design and electro-luminescent buttons. In addition, it boasts a large display and a 1.3MP camera. MOTO Q can also be used to browse the Internet and thanks to the audio/video capabilities it can be the ideal equipment for the weekend; the device also has provides Bluetooth connectivity for accessories, such as RAZRWIRE eyewear.
Considering that this is not a phone aimed only at entertainment, MOTO Q is fitted with conference speaker and it's able to use hands free accessories.
The retail price for MOTO Q and its shipping area will be announced in early 2006.
