Recently, mobile phone carrier Bell Canada has confirmed plans to offer the Motorola Lapdock for ATRIX users for only $329.95 for a limited period of time.

The Motorola ATRIX is an Android-based smartphone that should arrive on the carrier's airwaves on March 17th, as the company announced not too long ago.

The Motorola ATRIX was unveiled during the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in early 2011 as the most powerful Android smartphone in the world.

It should be released on Bell's network on Thursday with a price tag of $169.95 attached to it upon the signing of a three-year contract agreement with the wireless carrier.

In addition to the Lapdock for the ATRIX, Bell will also have a HD MultiMedia Dock available for its customers, priced at $129.95.

According to the guys over at MobileSyrup, a confirmation email they received on this reads the following:

“Bell will be offering the Motorola Lapdock for $329.95 and the HD MultiMedia Dock for $129.95 for a limited time. As a reminder, the Motorola ATRIX is $169.95 on a three year term.”

The Motorola ATRIX is already available for pre-order in Canada, via Best Buy. Those who would like to purchase is free of contract would have to pay $599.95 for it.

The handset hits shelves with an Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core application processor inside, clocked in at 1GHz, and complemented by 1GB of RAM.

The mobile phone also includes 16GB of internal memory, along with a microSD memory card slot that supports up to 32GB of additional storage space.

Other specs of the new device would also include a rear-facing camera with HD video recording capabilities, front-facing camera for video calling, WiFi, Bluetooh and 3G connectivity, a 1930 mAh battery for extended usage time, and more.

When launched in Canada, the Motorola ATRIX would also provide users with support for a wide range of Google services, as well as for applications available for download via the Android Market.
