Moto X, the latest Android-based smartphone from the mobile phone maker Motorola, is expected to become available for purchase through AT&T and Sprint in the United States on August 23.

A recent report from Droid-life suggests that the handset will be released on that day at these carriers, and that it will land on shelves at Verizon on August 29.

No official confirmation on the matter has been provided as of now, leaked documents from retailers are said to have unveiled that (including one coming from Best Buy, as Android Central notes).

Made official earlier this month, Moto X will arrive on shelves with an almost-stock Android experience, a 4.7-inch touchscreen display, and a dual-core processor packed inside, paired with 2GB of RAM.

Furthermore, the handset sports a 10-megapixel ClearPixel photo snapper, front camera for video calling, and Google’s Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean platform loaded on top.
