Motorola V750, also known as Motorola Adventure V750, will be released in the US on July 28. The handset will be offered by Verizon Wireless, as we previously reported, and those interested in buying it have to pay $99, after a 50 bucks mail-in rebate. Of course, this price is only available with the signing of a contract agreement for two years, while without any contract you have to pay $299 for the phone.

The July 28 release of Motorola V750 is not yet confirmed by Verizon, but the info comes from Engadget Mobile, which unveiled a promo image with the handset's price and availability date.

First appeared on the Web back in April, Motorola V750 is a rugged clamshell that seems to be well balanced when it comes to features and look. The phone meets the US military standard 810F, thus it's resistant to shocks, dust, high temperatures and radiations.

Moto V750's features include: dual-band CDMA connectivity with EVDO Rev. A for high data transfer speeds, built-in GPS to work with VZ Navigator, Push-to-talk (PTT) capabilities, a 2.2 inch internal display with 240 x 320 pixels, an external and smaller display (1.6 inches), V CAST Video and the newly announced V CAST Music with Rhapsody, Music player, a headset jack, stereo Bluetooth, Bluetooth printing, Web browser, email, a 2 Megapixel camera with video recording, USB and so on.

Measuring 4.0 x 2.0 x 0.65 inches (102 x 51 x 16.5 mm), Motorola Adventure weighs 3.9 ounces (110 grams) and comes with an 1170 mAh battery that can probably offer over-average talk and stand-by times.

All in all, the new Motorola Adventure V750 looks like a good choice for those in need of a resistant but at the same time good-featured PTT mobile phone.
