14 DAY TRIAL // Gina DeJesus's mother Nancy Ruiz has forgiven the man who took her daughter away from her a decade away, raping her and keeping her in captivity.
Daily Mail informed that, upon hearing news of her daughter being found alive, Ruiz was so shocked that she fell to the ground screaming "Kill Him" in Spanish.
"I would hug him and I would say, 'God bless you.' I would say, 'God bless you,' and I'd hug him. I did not hate him. I forgave him years ago. I said it: I forgive whoever done it, just let her go," she now says.
DeJesus was best friends with Ariel Castro's daughter Arlene Castro, who was probably the last person to see her before she was abducted, locked in a basement, raped and terrorized for years. The pair are pictured above in an photo taken before the kidnapping.
