14 DAY TRIAL // Warner Bros. publisher has just announced that four different Collector Edition versions of NetherRealm’s Mortal Kombat X will be launched in April. Some of them will only be available for pre-order at certain retailers, while others will be launched worldwide.
That being said, here are the four special editions of Mortal Kombat X that fans will be able to pre-order soon: Mortal Kombat X Kollector’s Edition by Coarse, Kollector’s Edition, Premium Edition and Limited Edition.
All four special editions are now available for pre-order in North America from various retailers. In addition to the goodies included in each of the premium edition of the game, those who pre-order will also receive legendary fighter, Goro as playable character.
Most of them are only available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One
The Mortal Kombat X: Kollector’s Edition by Coarse will cost $149.99 and will only be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It will include the following goodies:
- Exclusive Scorpion figurine and Certificate of Authenticity, designed by Coarse; - In-game Gold Scorpion Skin, inspired by the Coarse figurine; - The Kombat Pack, which includes access to four add-on playable characters from Klassic Kombatants to Iconic guest characters.
The Mortal Kombat X Kollector’s Edition will be imported from Europe and will be available for pre-order exclusively through Amazon. It will cost $179.99 and will include the following items:
- Scorpion Statue; - Exclusive Steel Pack and Steel Card; - Mortal Kombat X: Blood Ties Comic Book Volume 1; - In-game Gold Scorpion Skin; - The Kombat Pack; - Available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The Mortal Kombat X Premium Edition is digital only and will cost $89.99. It will be available for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The only thing that it will contain is the Kombat Pack.
The Mortal Kombat X Limited Edition will be available for pre-order exclusively at GameStop for $94.99 and it will only be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Here are its contents:
- Exclusive Scorpion Skin inspired by the Cold War. This is a collaboration between NetherRealm Studios and a fan artist from the MKKollective.com. - The Kombat Pack
Mortal Kombat X will be released worldwide on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on April 14, 2015.
