A Polish auction site has recently offered some new images of the Sony Ericsson "Shinobu" mobile phone. This comes after almost a month, when nothing new was revealed about this phone model.

We have seen some photos of the Shinobu mobile phone in the past too, but it seems that all that they have managed to do was to arise the curiosity of a great number of people. Considering this, it comes as great news to see some new images of the Walkman phone.

This time, we have the occasion to see how Shinobu looks like in red. Few specifications come as a novelty when talking about this slider, but it still brings some nice, interesting features. Sony Ericsson's Walkman phone has a 2.4 inch QVGA screen with a 320 x 240 pixel and supports 16 million colors. Furthermore, this phone model has a 2 megapixel camera, just enough to take high quality photos for a cellular. Impressive enough, this Shinobu cell phone is only 12.5 mm thin and also supports HSDPA data connection.

The phone model was supposed to have been launched by now. Still, it seems as Sony Ericsson wants to linger with this release, although they will most probably hold it on for very little time from now on. As proof to sustain that, the leaked images come from an Auction site that is actually selling this long expected phone model.

The Polish Auction site said that they have received the Sony Ericsson Shinobu cellular that they have for sale right from their producer. Considering the fact that this is the first piece of this phone model to be released, they plan on selling it for USD680, which means USD 100 more than the price Shinobu is expected to be released for.
