14 DAY TRIAL // The other day, word got out in the media that both Sandra Bullock and Jesse James had seen divorce attorneys: she in order to file for separation, he to counter it. Shortly after, Bullock’s camp rubbished the report, which seems only to have encouraged more alleged mistresses to step forward and speak to the tabloids, as People magazine also informs.
To put it mildly, the US and international tabs are brimming with revelations on James’ secret life for the past years, while still married to the Oscar winning actress. He lied, cheated and had as much as 11 lovers during his marriage to Sandra, a summary of all the reports would say. His favorite type of woman has a generous cleavage, is covered in tattoos and already has a thing for him, which makes it easy for him to meet her online.
“Although Jesse James is hoping to salvage his marriage to Sandra Bullock, he’s suddenly facing new allegations […]. The most incendiary allegation comes from 35-year-old Melissa Smith, who tells a tabloid she had an affair with James after they met via MySpace in 2006. Her story has close parallels to that of the first accuser, Michelle McGee. Both women are heavily tattooed strippers who allege the affairs lasted for several months while James was married to Bullock,” People writes of the scandal that has just gone up a notch.
Smith too met James online, as noted above, and was then convinced to come over to his garage, for a ride in his car. She went at the appointed time (she lives in Huntington Beach, California, close to the James and Bullock home) and began a long affair with the biker on the office couch. She too was told that his marriage to Sandra was just for show and that they were only tied together by some form of contract, like McGee also said in her tell-all interview. Smith claims to have photographic evidence of the affair, People informs.
And there’s more. “Other reports speak to legal tangles between James and women. According to TMZ, James paid a female executive at West Coast Choppers $700,000 in 2007 after she threatened to sue him for allegedly making […] advances to her. Because the lawsuit was never filed, there is no documentation containing the claims. Another woman, Deann McClung, filed an ‘employment complaint’ against James in Los Angeles in April 2000. He, in turn, sued McClung. Her case was dismissed ‘with prejudice’ in 2001. No information about the specific allegations in either suit is available yet,” People further writes.
Tabs like National Enquirer take this even one step further, talking to people close to James and learning that he may have had as much as 11 different affairs. All of them went on under the nose of all his staff, which made them more of an “open secret,” say sources. As of now, Jesse James has made no comment on the latest allegations.
