Some people are never satisfied with the bass they can have and are constantly craving for more. Now, some of them are right because in large installations not having enough "credible" bass equals a catastrophe and no matter how much mids and highs you might have, things will simply go down the drain.

Regardless of whether we're speaking of smaller clubs or even outdoor venues of lesser dimensions, the PA must have a thorough bass response in order to be able to get things in control, sonic-wise. It's way better to have a huge bass-potential and need not use it than to overdrive your speakers (much to their destruction) and overdrive yourself trying to attain something you will never be able to (at least not without sufficient lows).

Nady has just begun shipping for their latest two subwoofers, the PSW 18A and the SSW 15A. As their names clearly state, we're talking two serious bass-machines, loaded with 18" and 15" drivers respectively. To be used in conjunction with tops mountable on the top, both the PSW 18A and the SSW 15A are two subwoofers that will give your the rumble you need.

The Nady PSW1 18A sports 600W power and the voice coil in the middle of the massive 18" bass speakers has a 2" diameter. The PSW 18A will make quite a blast: 123dB maximal sound pressure level (SPL) and a frequency range between 20 and 500Hz. The heavily braced cabinet is covered in durable black carpet and sports recessed carrying handles; it connects through balanced XLR and 1/4" jacks.

The SSW 15A has a 15" diameter bass driver and will deliver a blast of 300W. The Nady SSW15A is offering even more: connection for two additional (not included) 2-way top loudspeakers and the juice to drive them with 2 x 160W RMS. Add such pieces too and there you go, you have your own miniature stage array for a loud bang (110dB SPL).

It sports Speakon outs (for the tops), stand inserts (for the tops as well), recessed handles and carpet covering. The Nady SSW 15A will deliver bass from 20Hz to 120Hz.
