Bad news for people who bought tickets to Miley Cyrus concerts in May. The singer's camp has just announced that several of her scheduled appearances on the “Bangerz” tour are going to be postponed since the symptoms of her allergic reaction have returned.

In a statement released to the press on Wednesday, April 30, a representative for the singer is quoted as saying that “After a period of improvement, Cyrus' symptoms have returned and doctors will not permit her to travel.”

“This type of extreme reaction can last up to 27 days and Cyrus must remain under Doctor's care at this time,” the statement added, sealing the fate of two performances scheduled to take place in Europe in the following weeks. They were supposed to take place in Amsterdam, Netherlands on Friday and Antwerp, Belgium on Sunday.

The new dates for these two concerts are expected to be revealed soon, but the attention of fans turns now to Miley's state of health, as they hope she gets better in time for her next performance which is scheduled to take place on May 6 at the London famous O2 Arena.

As you may or may not know, Miley Cyrus also had to postpone a couple of American shows last month after she was hospitalized with a severe reaction to antibiotics she had been taking to fight a sinus infection. The shows in question have been rescheduled for later in the year, in August.

She talked about her experience in the hospital just recently in an interview with Ryan Seacrest and called it “scary.” She added that “I had basically been poisoning myself with something I didn't know I was really scary allergic to.”
