A survivor interviewed by CBS after a tornado hit Moore, Oklahoma has had some good news after seeing her entire life fall to pieces.

As she is asked to describe the experience by a reporter, her dog pops up from under the rubble. The pooch had been buried alive and somehow he survived the destructive twister.

Barbara Garcia detailed hiding in the bathroom on a stool, holding her dog when her home started shaking and she was tossed on the floor.

Everything came down next to her and on top on her, but she made it through the tornado without losing consciousness. After it had passed, she was surrounded by the wrecked remains of hers and her neighbors' homes.

She describes calling her dog and getting no response but, after coming to grips with the thought that she would never see him again, she finds him alive under the rubble.

As mentioned earlier, 91 people, some of whom were kids, died in the tornado. A video shot during the event shows how the twister has leveled the entire town of Moore.
