The moodSeer is a multi-room, multi-source home audio component (and multi-expensive too). It's comprised of 3 devices: moodCenter, the main unit where all the music is stored, moodSpot which contains individual room players and a hand-held touch screen remote controller dubbed moodBeamer.

The Moodcenter allows you to create your own playlist "moods". You can tag songs as "relax", "be together", "be inspired" and "romance" moods. There's no word about any "Divorce!" or "Fight together" tag though. It also features an on-board CD player and also a service that lets you load your current CD collection on the moodSeer. The thing allows you to store up to 200 gigabyte (1.5 terabyte) of music. You can digitally transfer music from any music source (such as CDs or MP3) and store it in the moodCenter. Your music can be delivered either wireless or wired. The moodSeer can even plug and play the playlist of an MP3 player or an iPod.

The moodSpot is connected to component audio systems or powered speakers in different rooms. Just select the music using the touch screen and the music will begin playing in the desired room.

Are you mentally prepared to try this device? The base price for the moodSeer system starts at 6,300$ and includes the moodCenter, a moodSpot and one the moodBeamer touchscreen. Anybody there? Hello? 6 what? Here's why. Besides digital music, the unit can record up to 3 programs, pause, and rewind live Tv, play home movies, DVDs and digital slideshows. The system is shipped within 2 weeks directly from Magic Home Entertainment, LLC.
