There wouldn't be much to write about the N750 Dual-Band X3500, if Linksys had only made it a wireless router, but it is more than that.

In addition to dual-band support for 802.11n wireless transmissions (450 Mbps max speed), the company also gave it four Gigabit Ethernet ports and a USB connector.

DLNA streaming and support for guest networks are part of the spec sheet as well, along with a WAN port for external modems.

Basically, Linksys tried to turn the product into the perfect modem-router merger, a central hub for connectivity to the outside world and interconnection between the device in a household.

The USB port will let any networked device access the data on flash drives, external HDDs/SSDs, etc.

The price is of £139, since only UK customers can order it for now. That's roughly $213 / 162 Euro.
