Sony's recently launched flagship mirrorless cameras, the A7 and A7R, are world's first full frame interchangeable-lens models and it seems that everyone wants to get their hands on one.

According to SonyAlphaRumors, Mitakon is developing a new 50mm f/0.95 full frame lens for Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras that will join their 35mm f/0.95 lens designed for APS-C E-mount cameras.

The main feature of this lens will probably be the incredibly fast f/0.95 aperture, which makes it perfect for low light photoshooting sessions as well as artistic portraits.

For now, the rumors state that this lens will be announced sometime mid-2014, but no other information was given regarding its price.

For the moment Sony's full frame lens lineup for E-mount mirrorless cameras consists of five lenses including Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar T* 24-70mm F4 ZA OSS zoom lens, Carl Zeiss Sonnar T* 35mm F2.8, Carl Zeiss Sonnar T* 55mm F1.8, Sony 28-70mm F3.5 – 5.6 OSS and the Sony G 70-200mm F4 OSS telephoto zoom lens.
