Microsoft Business Solutions plans on reinvigorating its sales with its Tuesday release of Dynamics CRM (their customer relationship management software) 3.0 suite. This latest release includes integration with the Outlook and Office application interfaces. Something that Microsoft hopes will attract its ever growing user base.

Kevin Faulkner, a senior director in charge of product marketing for Dynamics CRM 3.0 said that it's also designed to allow the CRM applications to be rapidly integrated with the customer's data and business needs.

"We really want to take CRM out and make it very pervasive, and we think we are the right company to do that? But we are seeing strong demand on the enterprise side as well," Faulkner added.

Brad Wilson, general manager for Microsoft Dynamics said, "Microsoft Dynamics as a product line is not limiting itself to small and mid-sized businesses?Clearly CRM is an example of where we are going after large business in a very broad manner."

Microsoft is planning on releasing their CRM product line (Professional Edition and a Small Business Edition) in 17 additional European, Middle Eastern and Asian languages over the next few months.

Microsoft's growth in the applications business has been hampered by giants such as SAP and Oracle. They are hoping this latest release could change things.
