In order to help novice Windows Phone users become experts and more productive with their Lumia smartphones, Microsoft has launched Lumia Pro Demo program where users will meet with a Lumia expert who will talk them through everything they want or need to know.
For the time being, the Lumia Pro Demo program is only available in the UK, which means only people in the UK can participate. Microsoft also confirmed that training sessions would be held in one of the selected branches of major retailer Carphone Warehouse.
Only UK residents can attend Lumia Pro Demo sessions
Since these will be personalized Lumia Pro Demo sessions, novice Windows Phone users will be given the chance to ask about anything related to the Microsoft Lumia smartphones and Windows Phone.
If you want to know more about your Lumia smartphone and live in the UK, then you can register for a Lumia Pro Demo session with one of Microsoft's experts.
Before doing that, you will need to complete a special form where you will answer some simple questions like how likely you are to purchase a Microsoft Lumia for your next smartphone.
Those who do not live in the UK but still want to learn more about their Lumia smartphones can watch the videos below, which were released by Microsoft last month.
These videos are also aimed at those who don't yet own a smartphone or want to switch from Android, iOS or BlackBerry, to a Microsoft Lumia handset.
