14 DAY TRIAL // Microsoft confirms that, besides its regular press conference in which it will talk about the future of the Xbox division, it's also going to appear during the special PC Gaming segment where it will go in-depth about the Windows 10 operating system, as well as features like the Xbox app or DirectX 12.
Microsoft has turned its Xbox division into a console gaming behemoth, and while the Xbox One didn't exactly continue the success of the Xbox 360, the corporation is doing quite well and hopes that, with the new Windows 10, it will make the console, as well as the regular PC platform, stronger for gamers.
The company has already confirmed that during its own press conference at E3 2015 it's going to talk about the Xbox One, its upcoming games, and some of the improvements coming to the console with Windows 10.

Besides that, Microsoft has also confirmed, via PC Gamer, that it will make an appearance at the special PC Gaming show during E3 2015, where the head of Xbox Phil Spencer will talk about Windows 10 and how it can improve gaming on the PC, not just on the Xbox One.
"For us, the PC Gaming Show is the ideal place to speak directly to PC gamers, and it’s a great time to talk about Windows 10 - the best operating system we've ever created for gamers on PCs," Spencer explains. "With Windows 10, we’re bringing the best of Xbox with the best of Windows gaming, including Xbox Live and the new Xbox app, Game DVR for nearly every game, and DirectX 12 for better gaming graphics and performance."
Windows 10 is set to launch at the end of July and Microsoft has mentioned that Xbox One users might get their version of the operating system towards September. As such, it's essential that the OS establishes a foothold on the PC.
