We already know Microsoft is going to launch two high-end smartphones as soon as Windows 10 Mobile gets released. Unfortunately, the new version of the OS won't be available on the market until Microsoft launches Windows 10, which will happen on July 29.

This means that Windows 10 Mobile is still on track for a release this summer, but we expect the Redmond-based company to launch its new flagship smartphones sometime in fall.

Codenamed Cityman and Talkman, both smartphones will ship with Windows 10 Mobile operating system right out of the box.

According to the latest hearsay, Microsoft is also working hard to include 3D user interaction features into both smartphone, but for the time being it's unclear if the innovative UI will make it into Cityman and Talkman software.

The good news is we already know some of the specs Microsoft plans to include in both high-end smartphones. There have been many reports confirming some of these features, so there might be some truth in them.

Snapdragon 810, 3GB RAM and USB Type-C support

Today, another of Cityman's powerful feature has been confirmed by another reliable source, @evleaks. According to him, Microsoft Cityman will ditch the fingerprint scanner that has become streamline for flagship smartphones these days, in favor of a more elaborate iris scanner.

The iris scanner is something that you rarely find in a smartphone. The Vivo X5 Pro has one, but this smartphone is only available for purchase in China.

Aside from the iris scanner, Microsoft Cityman is also said to pack a 5.7-inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution display, as well as powerful octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor.

The Cityman will be equipped with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory, 20-megapixel PureView camera on the back, as well as USB Type-C, dual-role and native pen support.
