Microsoft has revealed its plans for a new gaming system. It is a solution for online gaming that can use multiple devices, such as Zune, Xbox, PC and PDA. Microsoft already has Xbox 360, which along with Xbox Live makes one of the top competitive online gaming services in the world.

The most interesting feature about it is that by sharing memory, processing , storage, connectivity and other resources among all the devices connected to the system, it can be used in a great number of ways. Microsoft gives examples of some of them in order to reveal the gaming system's possibilities.

Microsoft's Entertainment chief in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Chris Lewis commented on the expansion of Zune further than the audio limits set by up to this point: "At the moment, we are focused on creating connected experiences around music for Zune. You can already plug your Zune device into your Xbox 360 to stream music, pictures and video content. Looking ahead, the vision for connected entertainment provides a number of consumer scenarios and with our heritage in Xbox and Games for Windows, gaming is certainly something we're considering for the device."

In order to connect your PDA Phone to the gaming system, it must run Windows Mobile x.0. Once that is accomplished, it becomes part of a single system where it can share information with other devices. Gaming components can be combined wirelessly or not and contribute to the performances and functionality of the other gaming components. Furthermore, devices connected to the gaming system can use another device connected to the network as a helping processor of the game.
