Micromax’s octa-core smartphone Canvas Knight A350 was launched in India a few days ago, but customers can only purchase it via OEM’s online store.

Well, that would have been possible in the first 24 hours from the Canvas Knight A350 release, as Micromax has recently announced the smartphone is now sold out.

The Canvas Knight A350 has been priced at only Rs 19,999 ($325/€235) which is more than decent considering what it has to offer in terms of hardware.

Those we were unable to get their orders through on the Micromax’s webstore might be in luck, as Canvas Knight A350 will soon be available for purchase at Flipkart.

The smartphone is now listed at the major retailer with the “Coming Soon” tag attached to it, but no additional details on when it will be available or how much one would have to pay to own it.

While there’s a high chance Flipkart will offer the Canvas Knight A350 for the same price as Micromax, we can’t yet speculate on when exactly it will go on sale but we expect more details will arrive in the coming days.

Flipkart tends to list new devices that will arrive in stock with only a few days ahead of availability, so Micromax fans should expect the Canvas Knight A350 hit shelves in the next couple of days.

Specs-wise, Micromax Canvas Knight A350 has little to no flaws. The only downside might be the fact that it comes with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box, but that might be replaced with KitKat in the not-so-distant future.

When it comes to hardware the smartphone really shines. The Canvas Knight A350 is equipped with a powerful 2GHz octa-core MediaTel MT6592T processor, which is accompanied by a Mali-450 graphics processing unit and 2GB of RAM.

Although the smartphone lacks microSD card slot for memory expansion, it does come with 32GB of internal memory which might be just enough for a medium user.

Furthermore, Micromax Canvas Knight A350 sports a 5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution.

There’s also an improved 16-megapixel camera on the back, which features LED flash, autofocus and full HD (1080p) video recording. In the front, there’s a no less impressive 8-megapixel camera.

According to Micromax, the non-removable 2350 mAh battery should provide up to 175 hours of standby time or up to 7.5 hours of talk time, but the real numbers should be lower than this.
