After yesterday fashion designer L'Wren Scott was laid to rest in a small and private funeral that took place in Hollywood, today it's been revealed that her entire estate is going to go to her long-time boyfriend, Mick Jagger.

The New York Post first reported that Scott, a famed fashion designer, left behind a $9 million (€6.5 million) fortune when she committed suicide in her New York apartment last week. This comes as a shock to many, after it was widely considered that Scott chose to end her life due to financial troubles.

Initial speculations said that her fashion company was performing poorly and that L'Wren was way over her head in debt, having been bailed on numerous occasions by her famous boyfriend, Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger.

But now it's been discovered that Scott's design business, LS Fashion Ltd., was not actually in the red for $5.9 million (€4.2 million), and the troubled ex-model was also the owner of a $8 million (€5.7 million) condo in New York, under a corporate name.

This, along with other personal items that total to one million dollars, she left to the man who has reportedly dumped her just days before her death, if rumors are to be believed.

In the court papers revealed in the press, it's stipulated that “I give all my jewelry, clothing, household furniture and furnishings, personal automobiles, and other tangible articles of a personal nature, or my interest in any such property, not otherwise specifically disposed of by this will or any other matter together with my insurance on the property, to Michael Philip Jagger.”

These being her sole earthly possessions, there was nothing left for the family and L'Wren specifically wrote in the will that her brother Randy Bambrough and her estranged sister Jan Bambrough should not receive any money “Expect if otherwise provided in this will, I have intentionally omitted to provide herein for any other my heirs living at the date of my death.”

It's odd that her family is left out of the will, especially since her brother Randy was named co-head of her company just last year. Meanwhile, L'Wren had not spoken to her sister in Sandy, Utah for six years.

The 49-year-old designer signed the said documents on May 23, 2013, which is believed to have occurred before Jagger reportedly ended his romance with her.

L'Wren Scott passed away on March 17, 2014, when she hung herself from a balcony door handle with a black satin scarf.
