Michelle McGee defends herself in unsworn declaration in custody battle against Nazi / white power accusations

Michelle McGee, also known as “The Bombshell,” is a tattoo model whose main claim to fame is having been the first woman to step forward to reveal a so-called affair with Sandra Bullock’s husband, Jesse James. Currently, aside from getting into verbal spats with Chelsea Handler and launching for-profit websites, McGee is also busy trying to clear her name in court, TMZ informs.

As we also reported a while back, about a year or so ago, McGee took part in a Nazi-themed photoshoot that prompted talk in the blogosphere of her being a white supremacist who would often do the Nazi salute even in front of her children. These last claims were even confirmed by Shane Modica, her ex-husband, with whom she’s now disputing in court over the custody of their kids. In papers just filed, McGee basically calls Modica a liar.

“TMZ has obtained a document Jesse James’ alleged mistress #1, Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee, filed in her bitter custody fight against Shane Modica... in which she denies the whole Nazi / white power thing. According to the unsworn declaration, Bombshell says, ‘I do NOT have a swastika tattoo on me’.’ FYI, we’ve seen a swastika tattoo [but] we can’t show it... but it looks just like the one from ‘Inglourious Basterds’,” TMZ writes. The tattoo, it seems, is placed on a part of her body where it is not easily visible.

“Bombshell also says, ‘I do NOT show my children how to Nazi salute.’ Bombshell goes on.... ‘The child block magnets spelling white power was NOT of my doing. Friends of Shane’s did this and gave the picture to Shane upon HIS requested (sic) so he could use it against me in court.’ […] Bombshell was in a San Diego court yesterday, fighting in her custody case. She claims Shane is making up all these allegations so he can get custody and move out of the county,” TMZ goes on to say.

The picture to which she’s referring is one that Modica released to the media, showing her fridge. On the door, blog magnets spelled “Go whitepower,” while one of her kids could be seen in the lower part of the photo, looking for food in the refrigerator. Not only has this caused a huge stir in the media, but it has also shifted the balance in the custody battle on her ex’s side.
