Michael Jackson’s three children and mother Katherine are now duking it out in court with AEG Live, the promoter for Michael’s “This Is It” tour that should have been his comeback. Instead, the doctor they hired killed him with a Propofol overdose.

CNN reports that attorneys for the Jackson family said in court yesterday that Michael’s son, Prince Jackson, would testify about the singer’s last day.

Prince Jackson was 14 at the time, and he happened to rush in the room as Dr. Conrad Murray, the doctor who administered the Propofol, realized that something was wrong with Michael.

“That would likely put Prince on the stand Wednesday, a day after the fourth anniversary of his father's death,” CNN says.

A few days ago, the court heard that Michael had not had proper sleep for his last 60 days because Murray kept giving him the powerful anesthetic.
