14 DAY TRIAL // German lighting equipment manufacturer Metz has announced today the release of two new folding 5-in-1 reflector sets (DS 92-122 and DS 80-80) for both enthusiast and professional photographers who are using the current Metz studio flash range, the Mecastudio BL.
Both sets come with three reflective surfaces (white neutral, cool silver, warm gold) that will increase brightness and provide the desired tones in your photos. Moreover, the two sets also feature 1 black surface to create shadows and 1 additional surface designed to even out harsh sunlight.
The difference between the two sets is their size, as the DS 92-122 folding spring-tension reflector has a radius of 92 x 122cm / 36 x 48 inches, while the DS 80-80 has a radius of 80cm / 31in. Price and availability are yet to be announced.
At the end of last month, Metz also announced a new series of targeted lighting accessories including a beauty dish, light diffuser, barn door flap, and honeycomb filter, ideal for beauty and portrait photographers.
