14 DAY TRIAL // Melissa Gilbert stopped by Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live on Bravo and, if you thought she’s forgiven former “Beverly Hills 90210” star Shannen Doherty for breaking up her marriage (allegedly), think again.
Before you can go, “Brenda, what have you done?!,” a bit of context: Melissa was married to Bo Brinkman for 6 years, divorcing in 1994 after he allegedly cheated on her with Shannen.
Melissa first talked about it in her 2010 book “Prairie Tales” and, it seems, 4 years later, she’s still to forget about it or forgive the actress for ruining her marriage. So, when Cohen asked her what she’d tell Shannen if she ever crossed paths with her on the street, Melissa was blunt.
“I wouldn't say anything, I'd just punch her in the nose,” she said. Video is available at the link in the first paragraph.
In the same interview, the actress recalled how she dated Tom Cruise when he wasn’t famous yet and she was a teen. They were both starting out in the industry, she laughed.
“Actually, when I dated him he was Tom Mapother still. It was when he first moved to Los Angeles and I think I was… 16? 17?” the actress said.
