14 DAY TRIAL // One year after the Oksana Grigorieva scandal, in which she claimed she’d been beaten and threatened by ex Mel Gibson, the actor is moving on: he’s currently dating Greek Stella Mouzi, who works as a gothic model, it has emerged.
After the leaked tapes scandal and the subsequent custody battle, Mel has made it a point of keeping a low profile. In fact, he was rarely photographed in public.
All this changed at the beginning of the month, when he stepped out with a woman the paparazzi described as a younger, prettier version than his ex, Oksana.
TMZ is now saying that the two, Mel and Stella Mouzi, are actually dating, having already been spotted on yet another date.
“Mel’s been spending a lot of time recently with Stella, and we’re told they’re dating,” the e-zine writes. Photos would indicate that, if not lovers, they’re at least good friends.
“We got pics of the pair at the beginning of the month leaving dinner, and again this week at Sky Bar on the Sunset Strip. We’re told she's also been to Mel’s Malibu home for a barbecue,” TMZ also points out.
Still, if Mel and Stella are involved, their romance can but only be rather short-lived, because she’s not an American citizen and her time in the US is running out.
“Stella is in the US on a visitor’s visa, but we’re told she wants to extend her stay. We’re also told she’s into Mel,” TMZ says.
No word yet on whether Mel is feeling the same about her.
The controversial actor broke his silence a while back, speaking for the first time on the scandal that nearly killed his reputation for good, the custody battle with Oksana for their daughter Lucia, and whether his behavior was getting out of control.
