14 DAY TRIAL // Melanie Brown, aka Mel B aka Scary Spice, is back on the (solo music) scene. The former Spice Girl has just released her first single in 8 years and, as promised a few days ago in a Twitter teaser photo, it’s very hot.

“This song reflects a whole bunch of emotions, from not being able to release new music to not having the confidence, but now it has come full circle and I am ready to release something that is really fun and I'm proud of,” Mel tells Perez Hilton of the meaning behind “For Once in My Life.”

She has good reason to hope the song will get listeners in a good mood: it’s upbeat and dancey, with a video to match.
