For those out of the loop, we should note that the Meizu MX3 was launched with a 5.1-inch touchscreen display capable of delivering a full HD (1080 x 1800 pixels) resolution.

The mobile phone also arrives on the market with an octa-core Exynos 5410 chip inside, featuring a quad-core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A15 CPU and a quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 processor.

The handset also packs PowerVR SGX 544MP3 graphics, along with 2GB of RAM, and 16GB / 32GB / 64GB and 128GB of internal memory options.

On the back, the Meizu MX3 sports an 8-megapixel camera with support for full HD video recording. Moreover, it comes with a 2MP front camera for making video calls while on the go.

The specifications list of this smartphone also includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, and built-in GPS receiver, as well as the usual set of sensors (accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass).

Meizu MX3 is powered by a Li-Po 2400 mAh battery that can deliver up to 14 hours of talk time on 3G networks, or up to 393 hours of standby time.

The mobile phone runs under the Flyme 3.0 platform, which is based on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

Apparently, Meizu is set to expand the availability of its latest flagship device even further. At the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Meizu Vice President Li Nan also confirmed that the mobile phone could soon become available for purchase through Amazon, as gizchina notes in a recent article.
