If, not long ago, it was Shia LaBeouf who was speaking in highly praising terms of locking lips with his “Transformers” co-star Megan Fox, the actress is now returning the compliment. With a release date set for June 24, the promo tour for “Revenge of the Fallen” is heavily underway, and there is probably no better way to attract the attention of “laymen” to the film than by speaking of Fox and kissing her, or by letting her do all the talking.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, LaBeouf and Fox were inevitably asked the question of how was it like to shoot the kissing scene for “Revenge of the Fallen,” especially in a context in which they are very good friends, admittedly almost like brother and sister. According to the two actors, although shooting that was more than awkward for several reasons, including the one just mentioned, eventually they got it right and both were pleased with how it came out – as well as with the process leading to that.

“We did something like five takes.” Shia explains for ET. “Yeah, we shot that scene all day. Clearly he enjoyed it!” the gorgeous Megan also chimes in, joking. Clearly, she too enjoyed shooting the scene for so many times, since she considers Shia a great kisser with whom it’s a pleasure to work. “I’ve said it before, he’s a really [good] kisser. It’s always awkward, you’re on set with a bunch of grown men, sweaty sitting outside, carrying camera equipment and wanting to take their break, and you’re having to kiss!” Fox reveals for ET.

The outspoken Megan is also not afraid to express pride in her stunner status, since it is precisely her good looks that have brought her so far in her career, and she’s the first to admit to it. “I think it’s wonderful.” Fox says of being often referred to as a one of the most beautiful women in the industry at the moment. “I didn’t decide I’m gonna be an actress ‘cause I wanna be respected for how I play chess. Part of Hollywood is being perceived as attractive.” the actress adds for the same publication.

Of course, fans must also know that this is not how Fox always feels about being considered good looking. As a matter of fact, not long ago, she was voicing her frustration at being seen as a beauty because this label made people prejudiced against her, in the sense that they perceived her as less intelligent, which was far from being the case.
