“Transformers” star Megan Fox has been so frequently compared to Angelina Jolie that it’s almost no surprise that she’s trying to copy her idol in terms of tattoos – since she has the lips, the eyes and the come-hither pose to the letter, as some say. Megan is now fighting with her mother over getting a sleeve, and is using Angelina Jolie as her best argument for winning it, the National Enquirer says in the latest print issue.

Fox, who already has eight tattoos all over her body, including a Shakespeare quote on the shoulder blade, a star on the ankle, another quote down her ribcage and a Marilyn Monroe on her forearm, is reportedly considering getting a sleeve on her right arm – where she has her entire arm covered in tattoos. Understandably, her mother does not agree, since she believes this could hurt her career when she grows older, but Megan would beg to differ.

“Her mom has never understood why her daughter would want to cover her gorgeous body with tattoos. After each new tattoo, Darlene pleaded with Megan not to get more. Darlene believes that when Megan is a 40-year-old woman wanting to play more mature roles, people won’t want to hire her because it will be too hard to cover her tattoos. Megan said Angie is proof that a woman can have tattoos and still be successful.” an unnamed source tells the Enquirer about the struggle going on between mother and daughter over the tattoo sleeve.

Knowing Megan’s penchant for body art, as well as her obstinacy in seeing it as an impediment in her career, should this report be accurate, the actress will probably be soon sporting the sleeve that so many, her mother included, dread. Until then, though, Fox also has high hopes that she will live to see the day when weed becomes legal, since she is proud to admit to being a habitual smoker.

“I can’t tell you how much bull[expletive] I’ve been through because I will openly say that I smoke weed. People look at it like it’s this crazy, hippy, [expletive]-up thing to do. And it’s not. I hope they legalize it. And when they do, I’ll be the first person in line to buy my pack of joints.” Megan Fox says for the British GQ magazine.
