14 DAY TRIAL // When she was pregnant with baby Noah in 2012, Megan Fox didn’t even bother to confirm ongoing rumors. In fact, she only addressed talk of pregnancy a few weeks after giving birth. Because she’s now shooting “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” she wants to avoid unnecessary gossip.
Just hours ago, Megan Fox and husband Brian Austin Green have confirmed in a joint statement that they’re expecting their second child, Us Weekly reports.
Doubtless, the move is meant to anticipate rumors that would have certainly started when paparazzi shots of her on set would have shown her with a rounder belly.
“I can confirm Megan is expecting her second child with her husband Brian. They are both very happy,” a rep for the actress says.
“Together since 2004 and married since 2010, Fox, 27, and Green, 40, welcomed son Noah Shannon on Sept. 27, 2012. Former Beverly Hills, 90210 star Green is also father to son Kassius, 11, from his previous relationship with actress Vanessa Marcil,” the aforementioned celebrity publication goes on to say.
In older interviews, Megan never made a secret of her desire for a large family. In fact, Us notes, right after Noah was born, she was saying she wanted to have more kids, though she never mentioned whether she had any plans of doing so soon.
“All I wanted to do my whole, whole life was have a baby and, now, I've finally done it. I just want to give Noah as much of myself as I can. And I want to have more kids. That is where my heart is,” she explained at the time.
As noted above, Megan is on location in NYC, working on the TMNT film, a passion project for Michael Bay, who directed and later fired her from “Transformers.”
Paparazzi shots of the stunning actress in character started emerging online in May, but do expect future ones to offer a glimpse at her baby bump.
