Fresh out of the “Transformers” franchise, it’s business as usual for Megan Fox, who is now busily promoting her upcoming film, “Jonah Hex.” Sitting down with MTV for an interview, the discussion also touches upon the topic of working with one of the hottest actors of the moment, Mickey Rourke, and Megan’s way of paying homage to him, with a brand new tattoo.

A few days ago, as she was holidaying with on-and-off boyfriend Brian Austin Green, paparazzi caught sight of what looked like new ink on Megan’s ribs. Further investigation showed that the new tattoo was a quote by poet Angela Money, reading “Those who danced were thought to be quite insane by those who could not hear the music.” At the time, there was no explanation offered for it and the media and celebrity bloggers could only guess so much about it.

Megan herself explains the mystery behind it: the tattoo is for Mickey Rourke, with whom she teamed up for the drama “Passion Plays.” “I actually got a tattoo that is sort of in honor of him. It’s on my ribs. I don’t know if it’s been photographed yet, but it’ll come out eventually, I’m sure. I just love him very much and think he’s very special,” Megan says of what made her get new ink. Indeed, while such endearing terms are not among the first that come to mind when speaking about Hollywood’s baddest bad boy, Fox has nothing but kind words for him.

In fact, she says in the same interview, Mickey should definitely consider fatherhood and starting a family because he would certainly handle all those responsibilities wonderfully. “Mickey is such a beautiful, wonderful human being. He’s so genuine and so sweet and so talented. I just love him to death. I kept telling him that he needs to have kids, because I think he’s going to be an amazing dad. I hope he does that soon,” Megan says.

The tattoo in honor of Mickey Rourke comes to compliment the other pieces of body art that Megan is so proud of, including two other quotes (one also on her ribs but the opposite part of the body, and one on the blade of the shoulder), a Marilyn Monroe face on her arm, a tribal on her wrist and a Brian tat on her lower abdomen.
