Get ready for a year of Mary-Louise Parker. The “Weeds” star has two big Hollywood films opening in 2013 but she will also be returning to Broadway this fall, Deadline has learned.

Of course, true fans must already know that Parker is no stranger to the theater stage, already being able to boast of a Tony nomination for “Reckless,” which she did back in 2004, and a Tony win for “Proof” in 2000.

Hopefully, she will enjoy the same success and the same kind of recognition with “Snow Geese,” her brand new project.

“Mary-Louise Parker will star as Elizabeth Gaesling, the newly widowed matriarch of a family that gathers at their home in upstate New York for a hunting party, in Sharr White’s WWI family drama The Snow Geese,” Deadline writes.

“MTC and MCC Theater’s world premiere co-production opens October 24 for a limited 11-week engagement at MTC’s Samuel J. Friedman Theatre,” adds the same media outlet.
