Small box can turn 2D TV into anaglyph 3D, comes with glasses

Normally, one would need a 3D TV to actually watch 3D media, but Marvel claims to be able to allow any HDTV to render images into side-by-side 3D.

Basically, the box is meant as a 'stepping stone' of sorts, placed between a Blu-ray player and the TV itself.

It turns 2D into anaglyph 3D, which is synchronized by a pair of blue-and-amber 3D glasses (Marvel included the glasses in the product bundle).

Standard 2D content is supposed to be converted into 3D as well, if owners so wish, but the quality of that is unclear.

There might also be issues with headaches or other discomfort from prolonged use, but that really applies to all 3D in some measure.
