Still, it looks like there is one other option: strip down and replace the wife in the maternity photos she more-or-less courteously refused to appear in. Bonus: one such stunt is bound to get one at least 15 minutes of fame on the Internet.
Mind you, this other option is not merely a theoretical discussion. On the contrary, it was not too long ago that a man actually sat for a photo shoot together with his rather glorious bear belly, and reenacted popular poses for maternity pictures.
Luckily for us, the man, which BuzzFeed identifies as DruishPrincess69, later shared the resulting photos with the online community. Some of the pictures are available in the gallery below, and they are positively hilarious.
In case anyone was wondering, these photos turned out looking so incredibly well and artistic because they were taken by a professional photographer. Then again, chances are that the glow this man certainly acquired after learning about his wife's pregnancy must have also had a say in the matter.
